Agency Commission and Payment Discounts

15% agency commission to recognized agencies on space. Production charges are non-commissionable. Terms net 30 days. A 1.5% finance charge will be added each month to all invoices outstanding over 60 days.

Contract and Copy Regulations

All content of advertisements are subject to approval by GameJobs. GameJobs reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion order, space reservation or position commitment at any time, for any reason. Advertiser is solely responsible for all advertising content, trademarks, copyrights and the like. The Publisher reserves the right to refuse ads at his sole discretion. Rates are effective November 1, 2005. All rates are subject to change without notification.

Cancellations

Cancellations of any ad must be in writing and received 30 days prior to start date.
